CVD Line settings

CVD line optionally display accumulated volume delta trend line. Line view could be useful identifying CVD trend from the different period, because line accumulation period could defined separately from delta bars.

1 - Show CVD line: enables, or disables CVD line view;

2 - CVD line type: changes accumulated value calculation period;

         Session - accumulation period start form beginning of the session;

         Visible range - accumulation period start form visible range beginning on the left of the chart;

         Full data - accumulation calculation period starts from beginning of the candle period lookback settings;

3 - CVD line width: changes CVD line width, min -1, max - 10;

4 - CVD line color: changes CVD line color.
