What is your refund policy?
At Exochart, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and transparency in our subscription and refund policies. Please take a moment to read the following terms carefully:
Eligible for refund:
- Only the initial purchases are eligible for a refund request within 7 days of the initial purchase date.
Not eligible for refund:
- No Refund on Auto-Renewals: Please note that subscription auto-renewals are not eligible for a refund. It is the responsibility of the user to manage their subscription preferences.
- No refunds shall be given on grounds of “we changed our mind“ or “forgot to cancel the subscription”.
- We will process a refund for the full amount of the initial purchase minus a 5% management fee. This fee covers the administrative costs of processing the refund.
