What is your refund policy?

At Exocharts, we are committed to maintaining clear and transparent subscription and refund terms. Please review the following policy carefully.

Refund eligibility

Only the initial purchase is eligible for a refund request, and the request must be submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase date.

Non-refundable cases

Subscription auto-renewals are not eligible for a refund. It is the responsibility of each user to manage their subscription settings and cancel the subscription before the renewal date if they do not wish to continue.

Refunds are also not provided in cases where the reason is simply a change of mind or forgetting to cancel the subscription.

Refund amount

If a refund is approved for an eligible initial purchase, it will be issued for the original payment amount minus applicable taxes and a processing fee. The processing fee covers administrative and payment handling costs and may be up to 10 percent of the purchase amount.
