Your Exocharts account is managed from the dashboard at exocharts.com/status. The same account covers both the web platform and the desktop application, so your subscription, your Desktop Pro token and your saved screenshots all live in one place.
You can reach it from the profile menu in the web platform's top toolbar, or from the Help menu inside Exocharts Desktop.
Profile
The Profile page is the summary view. Active Plan shows which subscription you are on and how many days remain before it renews.
The Status block lists the current platform version, along with the stable and development builds of Desktop Pro available for Windows, Mac Intel and Mac ARM.
The User block is the one to check when something is not working as expected:
- Plan and Plan expires — your subscription and its end date.
- Desktop Pro — whether desktop access is included on your plan.
- Web live charts — how many charts you can run with live data in the browser at once. If charts stop updating after you open several, this is the number that explains it.
- Advanced plugins — which indicator set your plan includes.
Payments
Plans are chosen in two steps: the plan itself, then the term.
Trial gives you free mode without desktop access.
Desktop Pro is the full desktop application on one device, plus live charts in the browser.
Web Premium covers the web platform only, with the same live chart allowance and free mode on desktop.
The term selector offers monthly, three-month and six-month billing, with a discount on the longer terms. Full price comparison at the top of the page lists what each plan includes.
Two things worth knowing before you switch plans:
Changing plan converts the premium days you have left and cancels the existing subscription. You do not lose the time you have paid for, but the switch is not reversible in one click.
dxFeed data is not included in any plan. Legacy market data requires a separate dxFeed account, purchased directly from them. The Exocharts subscription covers the software; the futures and equities data behind it is billed separately.
Desktop Pro
This page carries your desktop token and the installers.
Your token is what authenticates Exocharts Desktop. When the application asks for it on first run, use Click to copy and paste it into the window. Show full token reveals it if you need to read it.
Treat the token as a password. It is tied to your account, and sharing it with anyone else is prohibited.
There is no limit on the number of tabs, windows or sessions you open in the desktop application. The limit is one user on one device at a time: signing in on a second machine signs the first one out. If you need to clear a stuck session, Log out all devices in the sidebar releases every active login.
Below the token are two download channels. The stable version is the one to use. The beta channel carries the next release early — useful if you are testing a fix, but not what you want open during a session.
Both are built for Windows 10+ 64-bit and Mac ARM. The minimum system requirements are listed alongside the downloads, and covered in full in Desktop system requirements.
