Setup instructions are not published yet.
Rithmic market data is available now, but the step-by-step connection guide is still being written. If you need to connect before it goes live, ask in Discord or open a support request and we will walk you through it.

Rithmic connects Exocharts to CME Group futures — CME, CBOT, COMEX and NYMEX — as an alternative to dxFeed. Exocharts Desktop supports three Rithmic connection types: the WebSocket connection, the C++ R|API+ connection, and R|Trader.

Current Status

Market data is available now. You can connect a Rithmic account and chart CME futures with the full order-flow toolset.

Trading execution is not yet enabled. Rithmic requires every platform to complete a conformance and provisioning process before live order routing is permitted, and ours is in progress. Order entry through Rithmic stays disabled until it is signed off. We expect to complete it in autumn 2026.

In the meantime, live execution is available on Bybit — see Account Setup.

One Thing to Know Before You Connect

Rithmic does not support reconstructed market orders. Exocharts normally rebuilds aggregated market orders from the raw trade stream, which is what lets a burst of fills at one price read as the single order it actually was. The Rithmic feed does not carry the information needed to do this, so trades arrive as they print.

This affects how footprint and Big Trades data reads on Rithmic compared with other connections. It is a property of the feed, not a setting you can change.
