Template menu

The Templates menu will allow managing Exocharts templates: create, save, load, import, save. All the templates have two loading options, full settings load and colors only load. Please note that Web and Desktop templates formats are different; therefore, web templates could be imported only via the desktop templates menu. However, the desktop templates could not be imported to the web platform.
