Overview
Three related cluster types that all visually separate buys and sells, each with a slightly different layout.
What's covered
- Bid-Ask — the simplest of the three: raw market sells on one side, raw market buys on the other, at each price. Not delta — just the two counted separately, side by side.
- Delta Ladder — sells and buys on either side, with shading layered on top to show exactly where the most aggressive delta (in either direction) is concentrated within the candle.
- Delta Ladder Profile — the same underlying data as the delta ladder, but sells and buys are flipped to opposite sides (sells left, buys right) instead of stacked — several traders find this the easiest of the three to scan quickly.
- Where this fits — all three answer the same underlying question (what's the split between aggressive buying and selling at each price) with different visual trade-offs; delta profile/delta cluster (covered in the previous video) remain the more commonly used defaults for most traders.
